To weigh in on this topic, I also agree that the name should be left alone. It changes the whole dynamic and thought process. No more sending bodies and treasure for insignificant peace keeping missions, regional conflicts that we have zero to gain.

No spending money on anything that is not directly related to creating the most efficient war machine in history with the ROE doctrine to back it up. It changes policies, legislation and how procurement and contracting is done. It's may just be the biggest game changer in this administration.
