I hope Hegseth forces the issue and they just do it
it should be a cut and dried case of sedition

This would please me as much as getting the NFA rescinded before the first of the year.
Fuck M. Kelly!

He retired in 2011 with 24 years of service. He is way past the 30 year mark and can't be recalled to active duty. He also cant face charges for telling the military to refuse illegal orders because, wait for it, members of the military are allowed to refuse illegal orders.

His ideas of what constitutes illegal orders may be questionable but thats a different discussion.

This entire topic is just misdirection by the left to get people to move on from the fallout of the government shutdown.

Oh yes he can be recalled. He’s in what the Navy calls “fleet reserve status ”. They keep track of all officers until death. They are subject to recall for many reasons. My grandfather was retired and was a USN fleet reserve officer.

I really don't understand what happened with this video. They didn't list any orders that are perceived to be illegal. I can't see this video in any other way than calling and activating any crazies out there. I don't get it. I never knew anything about Mark Kelly except that he was an astronaut. It baffles me how such an accomplished guy can be so absolutely infected with TDS.

Trust me you know him, but having a different last name than his wife throws people off. He's Gabby Giffords' (i.e. former congresswoman who is a vegetable due to traumatic brain injury after assassination attempt) shitbag husband who has been parading her around for years on anti-gun initiatives. Used her like a human prop for years and got himself a Senate seat.

As MikeinNC mentioned - He's under UCMJ Jurisdiction...
Retired officers like Kelly remain subject to Article 2 of the UCMJ for life if they receive retirement pay. Courts have already upheld this, including appellate rulings confirming it's constitutional to court-martial retirees for post-retirement actions that undermine military discipline.

The Dems know how to play the games. There were no illegal orders given they didn't say there were any illegal orders given. They made a strong inference that Trump is giving illegal orders because half the country isn't very bright and will take it hook, line, and sinker.

It's a propaganda psy-op and they know it. They want the public to think illegal orders are being given, and they want soldiers to refuse to obey orders to cause a breakdown in command. They know exactly what they are doing. Repeat a lie often enough...

As always imagine if republicans did this while a democrat was President. Imagine the outcry from the left.

Look at just about any Dem social media post. They are always about how Trump is breaking the law or doing something illegal or is literally Hitler. You can’t look at the seditious six video in isolation as it’s part of a larger operation.

The Democrats have no boundaries with the worst aspects of the human condition. They live in a bubble, a bizarro world where everything is reversed. Evil is good, lies are truth, shame is pride, pretty much across the board for all practical purposes.

It really is bizarro world.
Facts are lies, speech is violence and force is “freedom of expression”.
They have tried to undermine the very fabric of the United States.

May they burn in hell *AFTER* burning in the streets.
It reminds me of the saying, “If they treat you like this when you’re armed to the teeth, imagine how they would treat you after being disarmed.”

Finally, with Fani Willis dismissed, the new prosecutor is dismissing all remaining charges in the election interference case against President Trump and the judge has agreed.

Georgia dismisses Trump election case, ending his last criminal prosecution
Fulton DA Fani Willis launched the investigation nearly five years ago saying Trump and his allies conspired to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia.

By Tamar Hallerman
Updated 6 minutes ago

The Fulton County judge overseeing the 2020 election interference case against President Donald Trump and more than a dozen others agreed to kill the probe on Wednesday after a Georgia prosecutor said the alleged criminal conduct amounted to more of a federal, not state, case.

In a brief, one-page order, Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee dismissed the sprawling racketeering case first brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis more than two years ago.

Curious if the Guardsmen are armed (with ammo, and not just walking around with empty weapons like after 9/11).

WATCH: Three Shot, Including Two National Guardsmen, in Washington, DC

Three people were shot, including two National Guardsmen, in Washington, DC, Wednesday afternoon, leading to a lockdown at the White House.

The Associated Press noted that the condition of the injured Guardsmen is not known. The Joint DC Task Force confirmed the incident occurred “in the vicinity of the White House.”

The Daily Mail pointed out that the White House was locked down following news of the shooting.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said, “The White House is aware and actively monitoring this tragic situation. The President has been briefed.”

Inciting violence is a felony. Prosecute every single one of those motherfuckers.

And the two Guardsmen are dead (per Newsmax).
