Well Secretary Kennedy hit the ground running.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was only officially confirmed and sworn in as the new Secretary of Health and Human Services yesterday, but he's already making his presence felt in a major way. Sweeping changes are coming to the way the federal government promotes health, and it starts with the famous Food Pyramid.

RFK Jr. is doing away with what we've come to know as "healthy" eating and implementing his own all-new redesigned food pyramid to usher in a new era of American fitness. Check it out for yourself

With a diet like that, we'll all be killing bears and doing shirtless push-ups in no time.

Judge blocked Trump from sending criminal aliens to GITMO. Trump said no problems, sent them back to their home country.

By Breanne Deppisch | Fox News
Published February 14, 2025 4:57pm EST

The Trump administration sent three illegal immigrants back to their home country of Venezuela in response to a judge's decision blocking them from being sent to Guantánamo Bay as part of a continued crackdown on illegal immigration.

U.S. District Judge Kenneth J. Gonzales of New Mexico issued a memo Friday announcing the court had vacated a March 3 status conference for three Venezuelan migrants just five days after it blocked the Trump administration's efforts to transfer the migrants to Guantánamo Bay.

Since then, Gonzales said, respondents had filed a notice of removal "informing the court that all three petitioners were removed to Venezuela, their home country, on Feb. 10, 2025."

The Trump administration has vowed to deport millions of the more than 11 million people estimated to be living in the U.S. illegally, including deporting some illegal immigrants to the U.S. Naval Base in Guantánamo Bay.

Trump has claimed the individuals deported to Guantánamo are "highly dangerous criminal aliens."

But that notion has been sharply disputed by some immigration advocates.

Lawyers for the Venezuelan immigrants argued in a court filing last week that their clients "fit the profile" of individuals that they allege the Trump administration "has prioritized for detention in Guantánamo … i.e. Venezuelan men detained in the El Paso area with (false) charges of connections with the Tren de Aragua gang."

Judge Gonzales granted the migrants' request for a temporary restraining order blocking their transfer to Guantánamo, ordering the parties back to court March 3 for a status conference.

In response, the administration appears to have taken the matter into its own hands.

The motion to vacate noted that, "[b]ecause Petitioners have now been removed to their home country, it is no longer necessary to hold a status conference" on the previously scheduled date.

"Nor is it necessary for parties to update the Court by February 24, 2025," Judge Gonzales said. "Thus, the status conference is hereby vacated."

The deportation comes less than a month after President Donald Trump signed into law the Laken Riley Act, a bipartisan law that gives authorities broad power to deport illegal immigrants accused of crimes.

Since Trump's inauguration, White House officials said that the administration has arrested thousands of people in immigration enforcement actions.

Vance Meets German Populist Leader in Munich, Snubs Far-Left Chancellor.

https://thenationalpulse.com/2...far-left-chancellor/

Vice President J.D. Vance met with Alice Weidel, leader of the Alternative for Germany (AfD), on Friday in Munich, Germany, according to a source familiar with the vice president’s schedule. Vance, in town for the Munich Security Conference, had earlier criticized the German establishment for attempting to shut out the AfD—the second-most popular party in a country where coalition governments are often necessary—as well as European governments in general, particularly for their mishandling of immigration and hostility to free speech.

Earlier this week, Vance also met with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier—whose post is largely ceremonial—and Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Paris, France. However, reports yesterday indicated the Vice President would not meet Scholz in Germany, with a former U.S. official suggesting, “We don’t need to see him, he won’t be Chancellor long.”

Scholz’s Social Democrats are expected to lose badly in Germany’s upcoming federal elections, polling significantly below the AfD. However, the notionally conservative Christian Democratic Union (CDU), formerly led by Angela Merkel, is expected to place first, though the CDU is more likely to attempt to form a coalition with the Social Democrats and other leftist parties than with Weidel’s populists.

Elon Musk, who leads President Donald J. Trump’s high-profile Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has been vocally supporting Weidel and the AfD ahead of the German elections, saying they are the only party that can save Germany.

Defending Musk’s right to express his views, Vice President Vance has said, “If American democracy can survive 10 years of Greta Thunberg’s scolding, you guys can survive a few months of Elon Musk.”

Valentine’s Day Massacre: Trump Admin Fires More Than 400 DHS Employees

By Cristina Laila | Feb. 14, 2025 9:20 pm

The Trump Administration fired more than 400 Department of Homeland Security employees Friday evening.

CBS News reported:

The Trump administration on Friday moved to fire more than 400 employees at the Department of Homeland Security, the latest effort in a government-wide campaign to dramatically reduce the federal workforce.

Officials at DHS said they had fired hundreds of employees across several of its agencies after supervisors identified “non-mission critical personnel in probationary status” within the nation’s top cybersecurity agency, known as CISA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, which administers the nation’s legal immigration system, among others.

“Under President Trump’s leadership, we are making sweeping cuts and reform across the federal government to eliminate egregious waste and incompetence that has been happening for decades at the expense of the American taxpayer,” DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement to CBS News.

McLaughlin said the personnel cuts will result in roughly $50 million in savings, and be “incalculably valuable” to the administration’s efforts to cut red tape, adding that the department is “actively identifying other wasteful positions and offices that do not do not fulfill DHS’ mission.”

Earlier Friday, the Trump administration executed one of the largest workforce reductions in federal history, terminating over 200,000 probationary employees across various government agencies.

According to the latest data from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), there were approximately 220,000 federal workers who had not yet completed their probationary period as of March 2024.

Trump officials told CNN that the layoffs, which are being called sweeping “Reductions in Force,” are expected to begin shortly after the Thursday deadline that the Office of Personnel Management set for workers to accept the resignation package.

But Wait!
There's more!

Trump Admin Starts Terminating Workers Across Government Agencies
Some of the employees were on probationary status.

The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) terminated more than 1,000 employees, including some employees on probationary status, VA Secretary Doug Collins announced on Thursday.
And the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau began layoffs of probationary workers this week, unions said in a new lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s plan for terminations. The bureau, which did not return an inquiry, was ordered by a judge on Friday to stop the terminations.
President Donald Trump, in a Feb. 11 executive order, directed agency heads to “promptly undertake preparations to initiate large-scale reductions in force” and “separate from Federal service temporary employees and reemployed annuitants working in areas that will likely be subject” to the reductions. He said the moves would eliminate “waste, bloat, and insularity.”
