"How did anyone get that guy's voting records?"

primary election records.

candidates can purchase the voting records for primary elections where each voter has to select either a DEM ballot or a REP ballot

that is one way candidates build call and mailing lists

Obviously, absolutely not. He probably went to sleep thinking those were great 4th of July fireworks.

Look at the vile rhetoric they've been spouting for years.

If supporting clubbing baby seals would boost their election chances...guess what they'd be chanting to the American people and echoed all day long on MSM?

This is our generation's version of McCarthyism.

And meanwhile CA is the ongoing example of all of their ideas:

- Green energy? Rolling blackouts during record heat and dependence on out-of-state power generation.
- CO2 reduction mandates on trucks? The major commercial engine and truck manufacturers have basically told CA to pound sand and will not create or market CA compliant products. The range of electric trucks is so bad they will be commercially useless.
- Progressive schools? CA went from near the top to near the bottom in student performance.
- Liberal drug policy? San Francisco homeless camps
- Manufacturing policy? Most manufacturing has been driven out of the state, destroying lots of middle class jobs.
- Liberal illegal immigration? High expenses for public support of illegals
- Public sector union policy? Massive retirement obligations to public sector unions that force their politics on the public in spite of the will of the electorate.
- Housing policy? Excessive regulations that prevent new construction drive up the cost of housing to unaffordable levels.

And on and on, with the result being a two-class system of relatively wealthy liberal elites (and gov't employees) and a large underclass.

The only thing CA has going for it now is Silicon Valley and all the wealth it has created. And those jobs can now be done from anywhere so the money is not going to stay there...

Thanks to the pandemic, lots of very expensive office space is going unused. Google, Amazon, and Apple have made huge investments in Silicon Beach here in L.A. (Google bought and has gutted the Westside Pavilion Mall).

I don’t know how it’s going to pan out, but I’m hoping for a hard reset. Sure it will be uncomfortable for a lot of folks. It feels like I’m rooting for the plane I’m on to crash. But the mismanagement of California is unsustainable. If big tech is the only thing holding up the house of cards, let it collapse.

Sometimes you just have to start over.

Either way, there’s always Texas. (don’t fret. I won’t bring the cancer with me)

Edit: Sorry for the drift. Back to Biden.

To be fair, there's also an article by this same author on "What You Should Know About the 2020 Republican Party...". But I don't think their plan is to totally DESTROY this country and push it into Socialism.

What You Should Know About the 2020 Democratic Party Platform
August 19, 2020 | Joe Carter

During this week’s Democratic National Convention the delegates vote to adopt their party’s platform, a document that outlines the statement of principles and policies that the party has decided it will support.

Why should Christians care about a document that few non-politicians will ever read? Because of the influence the two major party platforms have on public policy. While the platform is not binding on the presidential nominee or any other politicians, political scientists have found that over the past 30 years lawmakers in Congress tend to vote in line with their party’s platform: 89 percent of the time for Republicans, and 79 percent of the time for Democrats. For this reason we should be aware of what is proposed in these documents and how they may affect the welfare of our nation (Jer. 29:7).

This article will provide, without commentary, an outline of the Democratic platform as it relates to several social issues. Every statement is either a direct quote or a summary of the platform’s position. (Later this week, we’ll examine the GOP party’s platform and stance on these and related issues.)

The DNC’s Four Days of Misery

Former President Barack Obama’s speech was the worst; he sounded more like a George Soros-funded community agitator than a former American president. Obama’s speech was malicious, divisive, foul, and lie-filled. (Those who haven’t already, should take time to read the transcript.) And in typical Democrat fashion, Obama accused President Trump of the very things which Obama and his administration are guilty, proving the most pathetic kind of fool is a fool who has no idea he is one.

Democrats’ world is dark, dangerous, and violent; therefore, their judgmental sermons filled with despair did little to inspire anyone except each other, if at all, considering their anemic online “Zoom meeting” presence. Democrat presenters pivoted between expressions of profound sadness and gloom to outright rage, glossed over with a Hollywood veneer.

Considering their so-called “accomplishments,” I’d be angry too. Lawlessness rules in most Democrat-controlled cities, overrun by the homelessness, poverty, and high crime their policies perpetuate. Mobs continue to mete out an upside-down, Bizzaro-World form of “justice” where law-abiders get punished, and lawbreakers, rewarded. Corrupt leadership means Black-on-Black murders rise because the blue line protecting them is now all but erased.

The DNC’s four days of misery highlighted a long list of depressing issues that mysteriously never seem to get better.

Their message was gloomy, uninspiring, and overflowed with hatred and lies. Rather than hearing hope, all we heard is about a fantasy world only they see. After all, leftists view everything through a prism of doom, despair, agony, oppression, injustice, victimization, and discrimination.

I think you have called it quite well. CA is the author of their pending demise. It is somewhat difficult, and expensive, to rent moving trucks, one-way, out of CA. Too much demand.

The first 12-13 minutes is an awesome hit piece on DNC and D's. Summary - The US is racist and Biden is the cure. I hadn't watched any of it, but the clips Jesse includes makes me think Democrats live in a different world than I do. If you feel like continuing after the first 13 minutes, it's worth watching. Around 20 minutes in the guy who was ripped from his truck by keese love appears on the show.

The rolling blackouts in California right now crack me up. Cali can't even keep up with their current energy needs but yet they want everyone in the state to drive an electric vehicle. Talk about bringing a state to its knees because of pure mental illness.

No State Imports More Electricity Than California

California has taken bold action by shuttering its coal plants, planning to shut down the Diablo Canyon nuclear plant so it can increase its share of renewable energy, or that’s what the Greenies out there want to believe. In reality, the Golden State simply imports electricity generated by coal, natural gas, and nuclear facilities from Arizona and Nevada and pretends they are “green energy” leaders.

In fact, no other state imports more electricity than does California.

California imports so much electricity because it simply cannot provide for itself in terms of electricity generation, at least not at the lowest cost. The graph below is from Electricity Map, and it shows electricity generation by source on April 3, 2019 in California. The orange section represents solar, the blue hydro electric, light blue, wind, green, nuclear, red natural gas, and the brown section is imported electricity.

As you can see, imports fall when it is sunny out, and increase again when the sun goes down. It just so happens that the sun wasn’t shining when the demand for electricity in California was highest. California’s policies promoting renewables at the expense of dispatchable generation place it in an odd predicament, it must pay other states to take the excess electricity generated by renewables when their generation is high, and it must also pay other states for their power when renewable generation is low.

It’s important to note that renewable energy is often peddled as a means of “becoming energy independent,” especially in states like Minnesota where we must import all of the coal and natural gas used to generate electricity. We see here from California that those arguments aren’t necessarily true.

But it gets more worse (is that grammatically proper?). The more the gov't controls the production of electricity (under the guise of clean energy and/or environmental justice), the more the gov't controls your life. And they will use that power to serve themselves and dominate the people, which is their goal. And which is a founding principle of socialism.
