1959 Ford Custom (basically a Galaxie 500)
3 speed on the tree with a straight six

Between the manual choke and manual transmission, nobody I knew could drive it. Tuned properly, you didn't hardly hear the engine running and it never failed to start in the winter. I think there were four hoses and maybe 8 wires in the engine compartment.

1954 Chevy Belair 4 door for $50. I only had it a few months before buying a '52' Chevy 2 door coupe painted Robin Egg Blue with chrome baby moon hub caps. That was a sweet car.

A 1970 Fiat 124 Sedan. It was the same as a Soviet Lada.

I got it free; however, it needed an engine, which I paid $100 for at a junkyard. All told I got it on the road for about $200. It ran fine until my heroin addicted sister took it without my permission and totalled it.

Drag raced it in L Stock. The only car it couldn't beat was a certain Corvair.
