Thank you, Aeteocles. I suppose it would be horribly gauche of one to put sugar into that coffee? I loves me some good coffee, but I gotta have at least a little sugar in it. Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Lots of good photos here. And that fried chicken looks so good. The fish is mute, expressionless. The fish doesn't think because the fish knows everything.

They serve it with cream and sugar, so I don't think anyone would judge.

Cool. Now all I gotta do is get me back to Japan... Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Dang that's a lot of bugs BBS. Where is a cheese burger when you need one?

Dammit. THat plate looks awesome. Want. I make those shells filled with deviled crab at home! He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster.

I made breakfast for my fiancée's family for Mother's day. Her aunt and grandma were in from Shanghai, and had never had a western style breakfast before. Left to right: French baguette, truffle oil, duck paté. Thick cut bacon, chicken and apple sausage, and louisiana hot links. Country style potatoes. Brioche french toast with blackberries, Bell pepper and mushroom omelettes. DSCF3888 by pursuitofless, on Flickr

You told them Americans eat like that every morning right? He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster.

I guess you could look for Pourover coffee closer to home =) http://sprudge.com/the-good-co...and-maine-54160.html

That looks amazing. I hope you earned a lot of points for that one.

Points are so short lived in my house hold. I'm like a freakin' caterer. She's always inviting people over and throwing parties, and then telling me I need to cook. Here's another food picture to keep the thread rolling: Fish and Chips from Go Fish in Vancouver, just outside of Granville Island. DSCF4258 by pursuitofless, on Flickr
