That is a pretty, I am assuming, sunset. God knows exactly what colors are needed for a gorgeous skyline.

Desert moonrise - 10/16/24

This is something that never happens, the clouds went away for a minute and I was able to actually see one of those once in a lifetime type of events in the sky.

The sky was clear again, so this time I got a time lapse of the comet. Best if you open it full screen obviously, it's just kind of a smudge on the screen that moves.

This big guy stopped by to eat something. I was in the house, 60-70 yards away, phone on 10x. The tree closest to him is about 24" diameter.

our rescued ginger fur ball was asleep on the rear deck the other day, I heard a noise looked out and a Hawk had landed close to ginger and ginger had decided to go for the hawk, well that was a bad desicion on gingers part.
The Hawk had a go then departed.

We get owls and hawks that carry away puppies and kitties. Gotta really watch the furballs.

He was born wild we think, caught, ear clipped set free again, hes about 6 years old quite street smart we adopted; well he adopted us he just turned up at the back door; 3 years ago just after our rescued lab passed away.
He's the Labs spirit.
But yes hawks and furballs.
