Just a heads up if you're looking for a good movie to watch with your wife: Remarkably Bright Creatures on Netflix. It stars Sally Field (who is, IMHO, a very underrated actress). Any blurb about the plot that I can think of will give away some of the magic of the movie, so I just recommend that you check it out.
Very different kind of film, very well made and both happy and sad.

As a retired marine biologist I can attest to the fact that the creature of importance in this film is indeed that bright, very curious and friendly. And an escape artist! Wife and I thought it a great film.

Is this similar to My Octopus Teacher? I enjoyed the latter. I’ll watch the former when I renew NF. In the queue for now.
