I'm watching the last season now. Strange series indeed with numerous interesting characters.

Haven't watched The Wire either but from this thread I'll look for it. NYPD Blue and Blue Bloods I really enjoyed. Be interesting see how Wahlberg's new cop series "Boston Blue" turns out. Justified still remains at the top of my police related series favorites.


I watched the Shield back when it was on FX, great show! I really loved The Wire too.

Since we're back to this thread, my top 5 drama shows are:

1. The Shield
2. Justified (minus that horrible last season in Detroit)
3. The Killing
4. The Sopranos
5. The Wire
