So they brought it back? First time Fender did this was about 20 years ago. Black or pink body Squire with the same Hello Kitty pickboard if I recall. It was $200 back then.

They even have a Fuzz pedal! Even Mark123 can't hate on a Hello Kitty fuzz pedal! (Mark is not a fuzz pedal connoisseur).
