Oh. Old thread revived. Well, um, how about angelic-voiced Nina Gordon...covering NWA's 'Straight Outta Compton'. I'd label it coffee-house style schtick, but brutally NSFW or for sensitive, righteous folks. And by a huge margin. Dunno about it sounding 'really good', but it sounds sweet, as long as you ignore the actual lyrics. I liked The Offspring's original, but Five Finger Death Punch took this in a very different direction. -MG | |||
