You can also embed Youtube Shorts:

1. Right click on video and choose "<>Copy embed code".
2. Paste it between the usual [FLASH VIDEO] tags.

It's a good idea to resize the dimensions. It's easy enough to pick out where in the code to change the numbers. I usually use: WIDTH=315 & HEIGHT=560.

(This method will also work for regular YT vids, but there is no option for a custom start time.)

Also easy to select an end time for the video:

1. Copy and paste the share code, with the appropriate start time, as per previous post. In this example, the start time is set at 1 min 10 sec (i.e. 70):
