Seventeen years ago, Jack followed me up onto my porch and let me know that he lived there now. He has been with us ever since and was a quiet and good natured cat.

Last night he quietly and peacefully slipped into another plane of existence.

My condolences.
Having loved and lost a lot of furry friends I understand the unique type of grief one experiences after such a loss.

Aw Frown Sorry to see this. Jack sounds like he was a neat cat. My condolences on losing your buddy.

I am glad to see he slipped away quietly and peacefully. In our experience they're not often so lucky.

Which one is Jack? Razz

TBH, my condolences. My wife and i have a 15 year-old Shepard who’s likely enjoying her last summer. We’ll cry more than a bit when Tara leaves us and joins her brother, Wolfie.

Dang it, jhe. So sorry to hear about Jack. I know you gave him love and a wonderful home for all those years. If you're anything like me with my current two and the two I had before them, you spoiled the crap outta him. My condolences. RIP, Jack.
