Gershwin is one of my favs: A unique blend of classical and jazz. He started having headaches and olfactory hallucinations (imagined he smelled burning rubber). Family/friends thought he was just full of shit, but he had a terminal brain tumor. Dead at 38YO. Link

this is one my mom played for us when I was a kid, darn near wore that record out. Seems a lot of folks are very unfamiliar with the piece and the composer.




I have my own style of humor. I call it Snarkasm.
