Since these seem to be the hot meal ticket, anyone with a favorite recipe feel free to share them here.

I just made a killer stew, but didn't use a recipe, just cubed some beef and chopped some vegetables, threw in some spices and hit the stew button. Still came out perfect, and this was my first try.

There's a website called Pressure Luck which has a lot of great Instant Pot recipes. One of my favorites is this massaman curry. When I made it I had to add more liquid to the pot than this recipe calls for (like another cup of broth) to have enough liquid for the pot to come up to pressure.
