This actually looks like it may be pretty decent and is a refreshing change from never-ending superhero movies. Seems like it's inspired to me at least from that Twilight Zone episode about the doomsday bunker. Based off of a book that came out in 2020:

What am I doing? I'm talking to an empty telephone

It looked like some of those Teslas were driving themselves. Looks like a fun evening.

I normally can't stand her acting either and this reinforced why that is.

While I generally enjoy this type of movie/storyline, this was really tough to get through. No less than four times I thought of turning it off and walking away but struggled through to the end and I'm not sure why.

Some of you might like it...I thought it was awful.

Watched it yesterday with the GF, we liked it. Julia's character was difficult to watch, but at the same time believable for the circumstances.

If you NEED to have things spelled out for you this isn't your jam.

Not very good to say the least and nothing to build a night of tv around.

It was predictable and the characters acted like morons for the most part. Produced by Michelle and Barack Obama, maybe that explains it.

That would explain the "Death to America" part.

My thoughts, exactly.

Wife likes Julia where i can’t stomach the sight of her.
The movie was plain stupid. Would have preferred to watch the same characters in a much less privileged environment. I asked my wife several times she refund my tima and eventually she conceded that the movie was moronic.

For a while i wondered if it wasn’t directed by M. Night Whatchamacallit, a director i personally plainly despise for lack of a better word. This crap was right up his alley.

I wouldn't classify it as "awful" but my review would say it seems to stall about midway and the end seemed a bit anti-climatic.
It was the story that seemed off more so than any particular acting, IMO.
Overall, more disappointing than anything else.

Oh good. I thought I was just a Philistine. I couldn't get past the first 15 minutes.

Good luck. Roberts looks quite hard and her character is very abrasive. Attempts to redeem her in any way are flat.

I watched it only for the reason that some scenes were filmed local to me. But I wasn’t impressed at all with the movie and thought it was quite odd actually.
