| Getting tougher to find a legit leather boot these days - which is what i think will fit your bill. Is there a weight range window you are looking at?
I use a semi-custom pair of Limmer light weights (Intervale NH) for heavier work/terrain/loads and a pair of Salomon Quest 4D's (Vietnam) for light/medium hikes. The Limmer's, once broken in, are by far the best pair of hiking boots I have ever owned. Current pair is 11 years/1500 miles+. |

| I really like Nick’s Boots. All US made in Spokane Washington. All leather and very sturdy yes spendy but I feel well worth it I have a couple pair. |
