I doubt this will be one of those movies where Emily Blunt turns out the be the real villain.
The other cool thing about the Director is he started his career as a stunt man, so we'll probably get to see how a lot of the stunts are performed in the movie.

Lots of subtle tie-in's from other movies, some more obvious along with solid, respectful call-backs from Fall Guy and Six Million Dollar Man. The original 2500 GMC Sierra does make an appearance unfortunately the newer GMC Sierra gets more screen time...and it doesn't look good.

Correct. The producer of The Fall Guy was Glen Larson, who was notorious for ripping off ideas from motion pictures in order to create TV shows. Sci-fi writer Harlan Ellison once referred to Larson as "Glen Larceny".
