I may have to watch it. I liked the TV rendition played by Richard Thomas. "It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946. | |||

Not feeling optimistic given their track record for remakes and Stephen King stories in general. This will be a Netflixer for me. ________________________________________ -- Fear is the mind-killer. I like the idea of having two movies to focus on each time in their lives; however, the bitter taste in my mouth left over from the television mini-series still resides. That fucking spider killed any praise I had for the rest of the story. Agreed, though I loved Tim Curry as Pennywise. ________________________________________ -- Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear.
