Interesting concept with pretty good special effects. Naturally far fetched in many ways, but intriguing how things unfold.

A terrorist hack renders many systems out of commission and the effects are felt slowly by a couple of families being focused on.

Am on my phone and won’t bother to search for the original thread but for what i remember the locals beat the shit out of this movie, likely myself included.

While not deeply familiar with the “subtleties” of your national politics, starting with the Obama’s as executive producers - if i remember correctly - was already a giveaway.
There were too many and endless stupid things that made me grit my teeth but the black guy/good guy and the white guy/greedy mofo were unbereable. How dumb are we supposed to be?
In my experience, things deteriorate for a while before hitting the fan.

Suggest you take your time and look once more for the original thread. Worth a reading.
I personally enjoyed it more than the movie.

I did a search on the title and didn't get any hits. Maybe thread title was very different, but still would assume the movie title would come up.

As I've said many times, movies are an escape for me and I can forgive a lot!

Me too, i just want to be interested and entertained. Not too demanding these days. Still, political agendas are killing the remote possibility of fun.
Am old enough to figure out the BS being spoon fed to me but the next day i have to deal with those who didn’t, asked for more and feel it’s the one and only right thing that will light tge path of humanity.
