The music was so badly muted that it was not an enjoyable experience.

I want great sound quality at 1/3 the volume.

My hearing is bad enough that it's like having it reduced Razz

Per my above, my last 2 shows were attended from the concessions, so that knocks the volume down a bit.

Literally just got home from seeing Kenny Wayne Shepherd. Great show.

BTW, my daughter gifted me some Eargasm ear plugs; they help a lot. Even with them, my ears are ringing pretty bad, we were in the front row.

Got half way through Allison Krause a couple of weeks ago before getting rained out of the amphitheater.

If you like the genre, saw Trampled By Turtles earlier this year, a really great show. Lots of energy.

Chevelle & POD were great, Blue October was good. Don't think Bad Wolves was there or I didn't notice.

I saw Ray Wylie Hubbard earlier this month and Sturgill Simpson last week. Sturgill has the best show going, comes out right on time with no opening act and plays pretty much non-stop for exactly 3 hours. Jam-band style, flowing from one song into another all evening long. This is the third time I’ve seen him this tour and he’s consistently good.

Here's to the sunny slopes of long ago.

I'll be seeing [hearing] Simple Minds on their Houston stop.
May not be getting the full experience, but I get to 'see' these shows for free & raise $$ for our HS Band/Guard at the same time.

Most recent show was Buddy Guy/Tedeschi Trucks Band @Mitchell Pavilion. It was awesome.

Next up is Weird Al. This will be our second time seeing him. Incredibly high energy and fun.

I worked concessions for TTB, they were really good.
I'll likely be there for Weird Al too, unless my daughter convinces me to get tickets.

Simple Minds was pretty good.
Opened by Modern English & Soft Cell. Most of the concession booth was singing along on the big hit singles.

Tyler Childers tomorrow night. New one for me, can't say I know any of his music.
Edit: TC, the music was good, didn't know the songs & couldn't understand the lyrics from concessions.

They are so good live. The last concert I went to was Tool in 2012 at Harriet Island! General admission, got totally separated from my group when they came on stage but made it to the front. I locked arms with some rando and we held that spot for the whole show jamming out right in front of Justin Chancellor.

The "juggler" was very cool, especially around the end of Lateralus, at about 9:30.

Saw "Flying High Again" ozzy tribute band Saturday night. Give it a 7.5 or 8 out of 10. They actually did best playing the three or four old black sabbath songs on their set list. Played about 2.25 hours.

Next month, going to Zoso, led zep tribute band. Nice place called Bijou Theater in downtown Knoxville.

Give Sturgill Simpson (aka Johnny Blue Skies) a try. His live shows are very Dead-ish.
