Summer, 1976. My people

Alright, alright, alright.

This was a pretty accurate reflection of my High School years.

I could name kids in my High School that were each of these characters.

Also, what a great cast. Early days for some well known names.

These were my people.

I love this movie. I watch it anytime it's on.

I was class of 1976.

I always get a kick out of Ben Affleck and his FAH Q paddle.

And that Parker Posey/Joey Lauren Adams dream team.

I get a kick out of the scene during the montage of people getting ready for the party when it gets to the girls squeezing into their high-waisted tight jeans by laying flat on the bed and using pliers to pull the zippers up, the having to be lifted to vertical by a friend.

The things people will do for fleeting fashion trends.

That's what I love about these high school girls.

I get older, they stay the same age....
