A whole slew of Who CDs in the car. They are played with the volume all the way up. Although the mirrors are shaking, haven't yet been able to blow out any of the speakers.

Imagine that it's a concert, jammed with people, so crack the windows so as to share the enjoyment Smile

Speaking of Zep, I stumbled across this yesterday:

Heart Led Zeppelin Covers

Downloaded and have been listening to them since.

I want to check out some if the above. I’ve been streaming either the Stacey Kent or Pink Martini stations. I like the artists and songs that are played there.

If you are easily depressed stay clear of this.
Love the voice and piano.

Cool!!

I saw them play the Battle of Evermore on TV once long ago. They played and sang without a band backing them up. If I recall Nancy was playing guitar and Ann was playing a mandolin. They did an excellent job on that one!

In the garage doing some "man stuff" and listening to James Taylor. (It's one of the discs currently on rotation in the CD player.)

I have been listening to a lot of Red Dirt (and alt-country) type of music. Turnpike Troubadours, Wade Bowen, Stoney Larue, William Wild, Colter Wall. Plus some of the East Nashville guys like Hayes Carll, Gabe Lee, Waylon Payne, plus standbys like Sturgill Simpson and Tyler Childers.

A few of these you might not have heard:

Turnpike Troubadours

Gabe Lee

Waylon Payne

Wade Bowen

Appreciating Don Davis, the underappreciated composer of The Matrix Trilogy. There's no reason why he shouldn't be scoring blockbusters these days.
