the Detective will be the big lay at the end of this season,

unless she gets kilt

I can't recall if it has been brought up but Duffy has the worst fake Boston accent of anything I've seen recently. It's annoying to hear her talk.

You'd think she might be better at it than most, given that she's British.

Finished season last night. It was entertaining enough. I enjoyed the inevitable showdown between Reacher and Pauly. It was interesting to see just how much bigger that giant was than Reacher. I half thought that Neagley would fight him, but I guess they couldn't expect us to suspend belief that much.

My wife and I thought it might have been camera angles, but looking it up shows that Olivier Richters has almost a full foot and over 100lbs on Alan Ritchson.

Hell, he's even taller than Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson (the Mountain) but not quite as bulked out.

My personal assessment of the episode: It sucked. And, to top it off...Reacher driving off on a motorcycle.

Given what else is available on TV, it was...okay.

The fight scene between Reacher and Paulie was over-the-top ridiculous. I fast-forwarded through most of it.

And whats-her-name's "Maine" accent was among the worst I've ever heard and there are some awful ones out there.

She was easy on the eyes tho.

Word is that Season 4 is already under way, according to my GF who looked it up while we were watching Episode 8 last night.

Tough luck, BigSwede, and I don't disagree with your sentiment.

Considering he rode off into the sunset on the Harley with no eye protection (or helmet!), maybe next season could be about him wandering the country on foot, trying to find an eye doctor able to restore his vision. Maybe the location will be on the edge of a cliff and Season 4 can be called "Blind Man's Bluff" or, "OWW! A wasp just landed in my eye!"

I stopped watching it when whatever his name is turned into a talking point knucklehead.

It’s getting to campy and repetitive for me…

I have not finished season three. Season two was over the top (the one arm hospital gurney bicep curl was . . . nevermind.
