Pretty cool. I thought she was going to lose and had to recheck the spoiler in the thread title. I was getting a little nervous.

Thanks for posting, that was very interesting and congrats to your cousin.

I was very impressed with the fitness model, low body fat and weight (a lot less leverage), so she had to rely on her body weight and technique more than raw strength. Power lifter obviously had a big total body strength advantage but at the expense of agility and anaerobic recovery. 2 totally different approaches that we’re still almost a tie.

We watched this the other night on TV. I thought your cousin was in trouble at the rolling logs but she powered through it and had an amazing finish absolutely owning that ball.

Awesome! Her draggin the ball and chain was the highlight of the first episodes.

Unfortunately, that isn't saying much since the 2 hour show was 40 minutes of commercials, and hour of backstories and other fluff and maybe 20 minutes of actual games.

Holy shit!

Two things: Man, they looked spent when they got to the top.

but that was impressive with the ball. She made it look like she was dragging just a bowling ball behind her with the ease she did that.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." They even have a few 'training' videos. I still see her as lil' 12 year old running around at Thanksgiving.
