I’ve always had a thing for feudal Samurai stories and still play Ghosts of Tsushima from time to time.

Never could finish Sekiro as I couldn’t get the timing down to defeat the bosses; still bitter that From Software won’t offer an easier mode; I tolerated it for a while, but having to go back 5-10 minutes of game play after dying, just to return to the boss that you cannot defeat…yeah I’m done.

Anyone playing the new Samurai Assassin’s Creed? I ran Valhalla into the dirt and finally quit after the DLC’s were just continuous story duplicates with different graphics

I take it you've missed the controversy that you're actually playing as a gay black samurai for half the game and the other half as a tiny asian lesbian shinobi?

What? Really?

LOL - I knew that Ubi swung that way when playing Valhalla and you could have your character kiss/bed NPC’s of any sex, but this is new information to me!

Similar to prior games, your character can be played as gay or straight. It’s not predefined.

Gameranx posted a review of the game last week. While I don’t play much AC, they seem to think this one is pretty “meh.”
