wife and I have several shows we watch together, and many more that we do not

she and I have similar tastes up to a point, then we end up watching different shows,

007 movies, Dune, Star Trek movies, Clancy etc etc I have watched numerous times

we both like some Movies and will watch yearly or more (alien, aliens, 5th element etc)


have you ever reached a limit with really good movies or series where you just said no more?

While there are plenty of movies/shows I've seen multiple times over, the only movies/shows I specifically rewatch regularly are Band of Brothers and the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

I've rewatched each of those at least once a year since they first came out on DVD.

Haven't gotten tired of them yet.

When I travel for work, I try to watch Chernobyl on HBO. I’ve seen the 5 part series several times.

Northern Exposure is a favorite with the wife and I.

We always watch Ground Hog Day on .......Ground Hog Day.

There have been so many that I have watched multiple times. There are a few that I have watched at least once a year since their debut.

1. Hobbit/LOTR - At least once a year if not twice
2. The Sopranos - At least once a year
3. Band of Brothers/The Pacific - At least once a year
4. Christmas movies but they don't really count because they are scheduled around a time of year. And of course, Die Hard is a Christmas Movie.

I can tell you that XD45MANjr and I have watched the animated movie The King of Kings at least 3 times and it came out this year.

Not less than 4 times a year for probably 50 years: Casablanca

It goes on when I sit down to a gun cleaning session. I hate cleaning guns so my reward for doing so is I get to watch my favorite movie of all time. I have 2 spare copies in case one screws up.

March 6 each year I make a “Caucasian” or two and watch The Big Lebowski.

Alien/Aliens, Predator, Star Trek 2, and The Hunt for Red October are played at least monthly in our house - background noise is usually the simpsons

Battleship an un-countless number of times. When my son was small in a high chair. He's just watch it for hours eating cheerios as a toddler.

13 hours I aways stop when I see it on.

Shazam & Venom for my son. Loves them. I'm sure there a ton more. I just can't think of them.

If they come on I'm watching. El Dorado, In Harms Way. One movie I always put on at least once a year is The Final Option. About the British SAS. Killer movie.

Gladiator, Troy, Top Gun 1, any Jason Bourne that shows up for free, True Grit- either version, Casablanca. I can't count how many times, roughly a shit load for each.

Prison Break 2015 - Loved it the 1st time and just finished it a 2nd time and my wife and I swore it was a different show due to our forgetting everything. Breaking bad the 2nd time was good as well.

Sopranos keep popping up on youtube as shorts and I've watched a lot of them.

Breaking Bad probably 6 or 7 times, maybe more.

Mad Men, 4 times.

Does Pulp Fiction trilogy count?

It’s the one where you watch it Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights then, quote it every day at work for the next week.

Major League trilogy is the next best.

I haven’t tired of Jesus of Nazareth and The Ten Commandments, yet, and I’ve watched them numerous times.
