Do not know how to direct link the video guys in this post - sorry guys….

Very informational, thanks for the post, sigarmsp226!

Thanks Richard and Dented for your feedback on the video.

Richard - thank you for converting the link into a video that can be directly viewed.

Has anyone even found them in stock anywhere? Since Nordic Comp doesn’t sell direct anymore, trying to find their 1301 specific stuff is a chore, and on the sites that I can find selling their stuff, I don’t see this clamp for the Gen 3 even listed.

I have their clamp for their +2. Works just fine, the gaskets are useless for it so I directly clamped it, doesn’t move and has a nice sling attachment included.

Yep, got one on my gun. Arnzen Arms has them in stock here.

So far so good.

Yeah, but it looks like it includes a new tube cover with a slightly smaller diameter section to position the clamp, whereas the similar cheaper GG&G clamp is the clamp only.

That’s correct. It’s an aluminum tube along with the 1301 specific clamp. You can even use their clamp gaskets with it, though they have to be trimmed due to having a different profile from their other clamps.

I’ll try to grab a picture of mine later when I get home.

Edited to add pictures. You can see what I mean about needing to trim the gasket to match the profile of this clamp.

It’s the Nordic Components one, ordered it at the same time as the clamp/tube kit.

Yeah, the extension kits come like that I noticed. This kit for the Gen 3 guns doesn't apparently.

SigM4 - May I ask what brand the Velcro side saddle is you utilize and if you are happy with it. Seems like a GREAT way to grab four or five extra rounds with easy change outs as needed (extra pre-loaded saddles).

Thanks Mark

That’s the one. So far really like the 7-round cards, they fit into a standard AR mag pocket as well.
