I have one of the green commando 556 that came with the green magpul stock. Only later did they introduce US available/affordable versions w the cool Swiss stock. Does anyone know of a straight forward method for swapping out to a Swiss looking stock without swapping out the lower?

Short answer; no. AGP Arms makes a decently styled stock that sort of replicates the lines but works on original M4 style lowers (but it’s black)

Welp, funny turn of events. I had a night 2 gun match scheduled.

I need to send my current favorite Bren 2's back to CZ. My second favorite SCAR 16 needs to be re-zeroed. Crap...what do I shoot?

The good ol' Sig 556 SWAT Patrol winks at me from the back of the safe. My first black rifle. My trusty steed in all it's quad rail glory. Aimpoint Micro steadfast it in vintage LaRue mount. Surefire light charged and ready to go.

Bottom line, she ran great. Finished mid pack against all the Gucci AR's. Many people of course wondering what in the hell it even is!

I think it might be time to buy my first silencer and it will be for my SBR'ed P556. What do you guys suggest? What's the thread pitch for these? Really want an FRT or Super Safety for it too.

Nothing on the market currently even comes close. It smokes everything in every metric. HUB compatible, but comes with a mount and a muzzle device. No-brainer, here.
