I was reading an old gun mag a few days ago and on the cover was a Les Baer .308 Semi-Auto Match rifle (AR10-style). Does anyone know if these are still in production?
There’s a thread on Sniper‘s Hide that someone noticed the absence of rifles on their website. He called and got the confirmation that they were no longer making any. That was seven years ago. Hard to believe it’s been that long.

I haven't purchased a pre-built AR10 or AR15 in some time. There's a very talented gunsmith in my area who builds ARs and bolt actions to the level of the very best big-name national 'smiths. As in GAP, JP, Wilson Combat, KAC. I source the parts & drop them off at his shop, then he builds the rifle.
There are other talented 'smiths out there. Craddock Precision is one -- he chambered an AR10 Bartlein barrel for me.
You want a specific trigger or BCG? You want an uber accurate barrel, with the chamber optimized for a specific load? You want a specific stock, handguard, rail, receiver, grip? Acquire the parts and have the best put them together. As a bonus -- should you ever want to make changes, you don't have to deal with Les' infamously crabby customer service.
