Mrs. Flash has a couple of the PMR30s and yes, rimlock is an issue. The magazines have to be loaded with the proper technique but it's easy enough to do using a loader or your thumb.

^ Had to re-read for context. The KS7 took a bit of fiddling to load, but you're talking about the 22lr.
