https://nordiccomp.com/categor...l-mxt-extension-kit/ The adapter on this should fit your A300. You can get different length tubes that will thread into the adapter. I personally like to use a barrel clamp on extended shotgun magazine tubes.

I'd be all over an extension, but the gas system on the non-defence A300 is in the way. The mag capacity is 2+1.

No reason your 20” persuader can’t knock birds down just fine. ETA: if it has a cylinder bore and is not threaded for chokes then yes, another gun would be more versatile for hunting. --------------------------- My hovercraft is full of eels.

Yes. The biggest would be fixing the “Benelli click” in the SBE3. What's the difference between Super Black Eagle 2 and 3? “The Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 (SBE3) is an updated version of the SBE2, featuring several ergonomic and performance improvements like: 1. a larger charging handle and bolt release, 2. a more comfortable stock with a soft comb, 3. a modified bolt system to prevent misfires. 4. The SBE3 also includes a different forend and magazine cap design for a better grip and comes standard with a more visible red-bar front sight. Ergonomics and controls 1. Charging handle and bolt release: The SBE3 has a larger, more easily manipulated charging handle and bolt release compared to the SBE2. 2. Safety: The SBE3 has a triangular rear-mounted safety, while the SBE2 uses a round one. Stock and grip: 1. The SBE3 has a larger, softer comb, chevrons that are more defined for better grip, and a more defined pistol grip. 2 Forend and magazine cap: The SBE3's forend has a slimmer, more swooping design and a triangular magazine cap with grooves for improved grip, differing from the SBE2's straighter forend and round cap. Performance and reliability 1. Bolt and action: The SBE3's bolt has an extra spring and a modified locking mechanism to prevent the "Benelli click" (failure to fully engage) that can occur with light loads, which is a common issue with the SBE2. 2. Trigger: The SBE3's trigger has more room and a different design to assist with the feed ramp, unlike the flat trigger on the SBE2. 3. Sight: The SBE3 comes standard with a high-visibility red-bar front sight, while the SBE2 typically has a standard bead sight. Weight and balance Weight: The SBE3 is slightly lighter on paper, with the SBE3 weighing 7.2 pounds and the SBE2 at 7.3 pounds, although the SBE3 may feel different due to a redistribution of weight. Balance: The SBE3 often feels like it has more weight towards the front compared to the SBE2.” __________________________

Thanks ChatGPT. Do you like your III better than you liked your II? There ain't much difference in the man I want to be and the man that I really am.

^^^ Well you all asked. Do you need to go out and sell your SBE/SBE 2? Probably not. However, if you hunt a lot, or pay for guided hunts, I’d say yes knowing you won’t have to worry about the “Benelli click” during your hunt. Which to me is the one major upgrade” Benelli made. However, I still take my classic Browning Auto-5 hunting and don’t feel outgunned so to speak. So I’m not all that worried about the gun anyway. __________________________

Ha, I hunt with my Auto 5's more than anything else, as well. In fact, my affinity for the Benelli is based on it feeling slim and sleek most like my Auto 5s, compared to other more modern shotguns. As for the SBE, I have never experienced the click, though I know it is well-documented. The other "improvements" don't actually seem like that to me. I guess they could be if one were wearing thick gloves. There ain't much difference in the man I want to be and the man that I really am.
