Nice, that is a sweet deal! Around here local gun stores rarely sell 9MM for under $320 a case.

I just ordered my 5th case of the 124 gr S&B for the year.
Get it now boys. I feel this is the lowest price and highest stock we will see for a while.

Looks like stock on good priced 9MM practice ammo is dwindling down at Target Sports. S&B 124 and CCI Blazer 115/124 now sold out. Magtech 115/224 still in stock for $260 shipped. S&B 115 back in stock and still $260 a case shipped.

SGAmmo has S&B 9MM 115 gr for $240 a case shipped. S&B 9MM 124 gr for $240 a case shipped. Federal American Eagle 124 gr $240 a case shipped.

After being at $260 for for almost 18 months has dropped down to $240 at SGAmmo and Target Sports for 115 gr. Both vendors also have other brands at $240 a case shipped, some even less.

I really like SGAmmo in that once your order is $200 everything is shipped free so you can add on some odds and ends too.

Just picked up a case of Winchester Nato 124g. Cheaper than last year but without the ammo can. Our stupid state (CO) has a 6.5% excise tax starting 4/1.

Nice! Sorry to hear about Colorado. Mad Being a firearm owner really sucks here in Illinois too. So many good deals on firearms that I can't buy.

Question: How many cases of 9mm ammo should one man have?

Answer: One less than what would cause a divorce.

I would like to think I have a lifetime supply of ammo already, but the price of the Magtech and the stupid Colorado excise tax coming, adding another case seems prudent.

^yep, been hoarding for a few years, enough to keep me busy in retirement if that is even possible. I even looked at PSA to see if there's any blems I couldn't pass up but I think I have a lower kit around here somewhere.

The beauty of S&B, for those who dont know, is the physical size of the case is quite small. About half the size of a case of PMC or CCI.

Yes! You can fit a whole lot more S&B in a GI ammo can.

True, pulled out some old S&B I have.

Also, from SGAmmo email:

:Example 4 - , Sellier & Bellot in the EU (Czech Republic) was hit with a 20% tariff. This drives the cost of their basic 9mm FMJ ammo up $40 per 1000 and affects other products in a similar way, and at that point they cannot compete in the market on many popular products."

So, if you're a fan, time is limited before SG HAS to increase the prices. Looks like they are putting it off for as long as they can.
