| ^^^Exactly, this is nothing new.
One thing that was disappointing to me was that the few US-made X-Fives I handled all had some play in the barrel-to-slide fit. I wonder if the P226X has the same "issue" as well - I still haven't seen one in person because no LGS near me has had one in stock yet. |

I'm well aware, but the redesign of the hammer and trigger profiles make them look cheaper, and the hammer lighter. They're probably not...like I said it's just an impression...but I'm not in love with it.
