I haven't dug too into this, but it appear Italy came up with a different way to mount an optic.

Seems "cleaner" than Langdon's method, so it would be interesting to see exactly how they did it and if it transfers to other 92 slides.

If it could be done to regular 92 slides...sign me up!!!

I only looked for a minute but I can't find a photo of this model with an optic mounted. I assume Beretta did it this way so they don't have to modify any parts in the slide but if it means the optic is essentially sitting on top of the slide (or worse, on a plate on the slide) I'll pass.
