Hah! Hard to get anything past you 12131, especially when it comes to P228s. I still have that one, I just thought it didn’t belong with its AHU serial number. Everything on the list is BXXX…. But, so it doesn’t feel left out, here it is, in case Uriah deems it belongs.

P228 AHU12912 – 2012 / Exeter NH

It IS a factory released P228. It belongs. Wink

Pictures please!

The previous owner said the slide had been finished with Teflon?
The rails look almost new, the finish on the grip has been worn off on the trigger side about the size of a quarter.
The takedown lever is extremely stiff, the rifling is very sharp and clean.
It shoots a lot better than I can.

Ever so slowly but ever so surely. Smile

Mainly a combination of my obsessiveness leveling off, and a lot of the information at this point being redundant.

Dang. I also thought you have given up on this. At least the P220 list is a matter of copy and paste now. Guess I'll get a few more Sigs and add them in a few weeks.

Mine looks just like this one, only it's +/- 35,000 numbers and 13 months earlier. Both are a neat part of P6 history. My example has a bobbed hammer.

I wrote grip, it's the front strap.

If anyone could talk about the wear marks on the bbl and lack of on the rails, I'd be indebted.
IOW, has the frame been refinished?

Entirely my personal opinion: I wold call the external barrel wear as "moderate" and the frame doesn't look refinished to me.
