The previous owner said the slide had been finished with Teflon? The rails look almost new, the finish on the grip has been worn off on the trigger side about the size of a quarter. The takedown lever is extremely stiff, the rifling is very sharp and clean. It shoots a lot better than I can. " GET BACK LORRETAA!! "

I don't know whether Uriah is still updating the list on p.1, but if so: P226 U142-85X-JG-1986-3 scallops cut in rails and channels / Tysons Corner (for more info and pics, pls see thread in Pistols section) ________ Homo sum: humani nil a me alienum puto

Ever so slowly but ever so surely. Mainly a combination of my obsessiveness leveling off, and a lot of the information at this point being redundant. Coffee cup ambush

Dang. I also thought you have given up on this. At least the P220 list is a matter of copy and paste now. Guess I'll get a few more Sigs and add them in a few weeks.

Mine looks just like this one, only it's +/- 35,000 numbers and 13 months earlier. Both are a neat part of P6 history. My example has a bobbed hammer. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Udo,
I wrote grip, it's the front strap. If anyone could talk about the wear marks on the bbl and lack of on the rails, I'd be indebted. IOW, has the frame been refinished? " GET BACK LORRETAA!! "

IOW, has the frame been refinished?
Entirely my personal opinion: I wold call the external barrel wear as "moderate" and the frame doesn't look refinished to me.
