As a 357sig fan, I've only ever owned a glock 32, my question is why? The 45GAP is how I'd define a flop cartridge.

If you want an interesting piece of firearms history, then you could do a lot worse. If you are looking for a practical carry gun you could do a lot better. Nothing wrong with the gun itself, but if you don't reload the ammo options are limited and getting more so.

I just checked Target Sports USA, my favorite ammo dealer and they only have one ammo in stock, S&B FMJ, for $640 a case.

Ouch.

I owned the full sized and subcompact 45 GAP. I had the subcompact milled for a red dot and it was a beast. I ultimately sold both. They were easy to shoot with low recoil.

Like stated above, if you don’t reload , ammo is expensive. I reloaded for mine. If you pick one up and need brass, I have hundreds of pieces of once fired brass that I would send you.

Even for 1000, ouch is right. If a case is 500 rounds, extra ouch.

I used the 37 about 20 yrs ago. Not a bad gun. I had a 38 as a back up gun. I kept the complete 37 upper as part of a multi caliber gun option. I don't remember anything going wrong with either one. Ammo was the only thing that kept me back.

Really?!? I have not seen a Gen 5 in person.

Does this mean that the Gen5 22 and 23 won't fit in a Glock 17/19 holster?
