I just now added a Winchester SXP Defender 12ga to under my bed. Got it NIB from a co-worker for $120! I really like it. I think I’ll add a
Sling and maybe a very simple stock shell holder. I have looked for a new hi viz magazine follower but can’t find anything for the SXP. I’m wondering if one for a
Remington or Mossberg would work.

Two G-19s with X-Grip G-17 mags, one in holster on back of headboard and one in my office. Plus G-26 with X-Grip G-19 mag in garage.

Remington 870. If I could shoot a handgun worth a damn, I'd back that up with probably either a G-17/19 or a Commander length 1911 (if I could find one with a rail on it Frown).

Something is always close - P238 or P320 or Ruger Vaquero 45LC

Bedside - P229 .40 and KSG with red dot, flashlight and all 13 rounds.

Closet - Sig M400 with 10 mags

And the alarm is armed so the ambulance can come for the bad guy.

Do, Or do not. There is no try.

All my pistols are kept loaded and available.
But the still go to is the Benelli M4. PDW’s and rifles are also ready to go but the only firearms with rounds in the chamber are the pistols and Benelli.

P220 .45acp w/olight is in the headboard with the frankensig 9mm also with an olight. A .300blk 10.5" sbr w/sig qd 7.62 suppressor. Also a Turkish clone Benelli M4. Figured that should cover most everything that could come up.

It's supposed to be hard. If it were easy, anyone could do it.

M17B w/ TLR-1. I'm debating whether I'm going to put an MPX, AR15, or shotgun on home defense long gun duty.

First line of defense and alert: two German Shepherds; one dark sable female weighing about 60lbs with a much bigger dog's bark and the other a black male weighing 90lbs with a bite like an old school bear trap. Their ears are like radar and they are always on. GSD Security Protocols are always followed. Anyone who has ever lived with a GSD knows you are NEVER EVER alone! With two, one is always working "close in" while the other is on recon patrol.

Then a Sig 229 DAK .357sig in bedroom and a Glock 32 .357sig in another room. Both pistols have weapon lights and an extra magazine or two. A Mossberg Shockwave in a mount behind bed headboard. An AR15 "pistol" and brace old school night sight front sight and a weapon light/laser with 2 30 round magazines ready to go in the safe.

Glock 19 PMM comped, surefire x300 and EPS.

Too many long guns to list, depending on which part of the house I’m in.

Classic DA/SA Stainless P226 9mm with a Crimson Trace red dot in the handle. There's a streetlight out front, so won't need a flashlight until my eyes go.

The last dog barked at everything, but somehow slept righ through some asswipe trying to break into the Kitchen window. I was awake for it, learning that I'd overestimated dogs ability. Still have one though.
