I know a lot of us have a rotation for carry guns, often it’s dependent on where we are, or what kind of threat level we face…. Name you top 3 carry guns that you carry the most (not necessarily your pretties / favorite). What are the three guns that get the job done for you…

Please feel free to list any reasons why, and photos always make the thread better…

For me…

Glock 26 (still my most carried one…)
Glock 43 (when discretion is your #1 concern)
Colt King Cobra 2” - because it’s a revolver and is my most comfortable to carry - and it’s becoming tied with the G26…)

HK P2000
HK P2000SK
Smith 442

I am most comfortable with DA/SA and the HKs give me that along with a very thin and nicely melted if you will double stack.

As for the Smith even with todays small autos, nothing quite pocket carries/draws from a pocket like a “J”

Glocks are fine too but the HK’s tend to tick more of my personal boxes.

As for ammo any decent defensive round although I favor Gold Dots and HST.

P365
Ruger LCR
G17

I have carried other things, still could, like a nice 1911, 940-1 or a P7 PSP. No need with that list of 3. A snubby is indispensable, and if you have room for a full size I can't think of a better choice than a G17. Before the P365 came out, my carry auto was the P7. I'm glad I don't rely on a discontinued pistol, but I have no problem with it. I've carried the P228 and P225 as well, I'd be comfortable with either.

Arc.

It has taken years to refine, but I really like these three specifically.
