Yeah, I only have two.
One NEEDED the feed ramp recontoured but none of the rest of that stuff.
The other was customized into a configuration they don’t offer at all, hard to tell what it might have done if left alone

If your gun functions fine and is reliable, nothing on that package will be anything you notice. A Great trigger job, now THAT you will notice.

IMO leave the SA alone and buy a top tier 1911, there is a difference. I love my Ed Brown, then WC, then night hawk, then a Colt.

An actual Nighthawk 1911 is on my bucket list, but that’s years down the road I’m afraid.

Is the gun well shot in? I’d put 500 to 1000 through it before I spent a dime.

I have a SIG GSR carry that was neither reliable nor smooth. 500 rounds in it is flawless.
