My latest gun belt is an EDC Foundation Belt from EDC Belt Co.

Here's the thread I started that led me to this belt: So I've Been Thinking About Gun Belt Design...

This belt comes pretty close to the design I'd envisioned. It's exceedingly comfortable, yet nicely supports whatever holster and mag carrier I'm carrying.

The only problem is that, with the way it fastens: Unless your belt loops are wide enough to thread it with the buckle end, you have to thread it with the Velcro end, and that's kind of a PITA, because the Velcro tends to want to stick to whatever it passes through.

Also, for belt loops that have less depth, the end that folds back on itself for fastening may be too thick to pass through the front left belt loop, so you have to loop it over that belt loop, instead of under it. I have that problem with my shorts and my Dockers.

This is the belt I now wear nearly all the time, for everything.

My current EDC belt is Nexbelt.

Love the Nexbelt. Such a great concept to adjust the tension to be exactly where its comfortable. I can change holsters, pants and guns and still get perfect retention. I am about 2 years with mine and its been my go to.

Nexbelt for me as well. The nearly infinite adjustability makes a big difference in comfort as well as gun weight support.

I too have a nexbelt. The ratchet buckle is fantastic and can adjust when you IWB carry or are having a fat day.

I currently have 2 BladeTec belts (basically Nextbelts) in nylon. Pros- great adjustments and stiffness while being thin. Cons- edges of the belt dig into you and feel abrasive.

Most comfortable gun belts I have ever experienced, the Bianchi B9. Pros- comfortable as all get out. I've carried a full steel Combat Commander, varying Sig P series, Glock 27, S&W J frames, etc, all day everyday as a detective and off duty, always comfy and held weapon tight against body with no flop with all types of holsters, IWB, OWB, leather and kydex with clips, loops, paddles, etc. I've never worn one out but I have outgrown them, I mean they shrunk, yea, that's it. Currently have 2 in the closet that 'shrunk' too much. Cons- can be a little thick (double thickness of leather) and some dress pants belt loops the belt may not fit through for both height 1 3/4",and thickness as some are styled for just 1 1/4" belts. A second con would be the marks in the tongue left when making those changes from holster styles, the occasional fat day and the like. Think of it like the Sig barrel smileys but on leather.

Now a belt with the comfort/durability of the Bianchi B9 Leather with the adjustments of the BladeTec/Nextbelt would be absolute heaven.

Another vote for Wilderness products. Currently, I run a Wilderness 5-stitch with the 'Frequent Flyer' buckle for edc wear.

Many years of service and no complaints.

Kore Essentials.

Leather is sexy and has a greater chance of you getting laid but a true nylon gun belt is the way to go.

Went with one of these. It has shark skin insets, very nice.
