That's a tough one. Since they dropped the third generation S&W's, thin DA/SA are few and far between in my opinion. I'd like to find one myself. The Springfield XD-E might make a good candidate.

I've put strikers aside for now; broke the trigger return spring on the last new CZ i had; also, hammer cam on these drive me nuts; the storm compact carry looks interesting until you see the price; prefer 12 round capacity.
I've been considering the sub-compact PX4. Also in the running is a P365...but I loves me some DA/SA and want a small gun. Right now the smallest I have is a P6 and it is pretty darn big (relative to the sub-compacts...I've carried a P226 a bunch so I don't mind the big-uns).

I have owned two PX4 full size pistols. Excellent. I sold the first because I was stupid and the second because I was getting out of 40. I have been looking at the PX4 compact the last few weeks and I might take the plunge. We'll see. I also notice that the standard Beretta 92FS compact (no rail) has been available recently. I own one but never carried it but with the announcement of the Mec Gar 15 round mags I just may order a holster.
After years of trying everything else I have decided on the 92 series as my go to pistol.
