I have this gun and I'm pretty disappointed in it. I THOUGHT it would be the best of the best, and it sorta is, at what it is. Sights are off, point of impact is off, slide eats the web of my hand for lunch (blood). Its reliable. I'll give it that. To clean the striker channel or change the striker, you have to remove the rear sight, which is pretty dumb engineering if you ask me. Its tiny. Its best as a deep concealment gun. If you don't need deep concealment, then get something else. ______________________________________________________ Often times a very small man can cast a very large shadow

While I 100% agree with this statement I’ve never found semi autos very conducive to pocket carry unless they are abnormally small. I always find the nature of the shape that a semi auto has to have leads to it just being more likely to hang up/grab on something from the pocket. I also find most just “look like a gun” in the pocket. I find small revolvers just work better for pocket carry for me across the board. I’m not preaching here or saying x person is wrong or some such I’m just saying what I’ve found for me personally over the years. Ankle carry is a different story for these. So I’m the kind of guy who wouldn’t get the BG because if I’m gonna belt carry why not get a 365 and since I’m belt carrying anyway why do I need a 365 so why not up the size to an XL/Macro/Hellcat Pro/Shield etc. Now that little BG 2.0 would be absolutely forgettable on a belt or ankle. It's smaller than the P365 (I have one of those, too) and much lighter. I haven't felt any sharp angles or edges and the slide had never cut my hand (think Walther PPK). I replaced my LCO Max with the 2.0 and found the gun shoots better and more accurately, is much more comfortable to shoot recoil wise. Disappears in my pocket (shorts or jeans) in a Kydex Pocket Locker from Vedder. I have one for my P365 as well and both disappear the gun, just the 365 is a bit heavier but fine in jeans for me. If I HAD to sell one of the two-the 365 or the 2.0, I'd pick the 365 to put on the block. If you think I'm a fan of this little Smith 2.0, you're right. And it is quite surprising to me that I like it so much as I have not bought anything Smith made since they started with that lock years ago. Like others, at the time, I swore off S&W and I stuck with it. This little 2.0 sold me on it the first time I picked it up. One of these days I'll see if there is something else by Smith I'd like to own. Bob

I'm not a big fan of micro-autos, I don't really trust .380, and I don't like the idea of a striker-fired pocket gun. But despite all of that, I'm really intrigued by the reviews on this thing and really want to try shooting one. I'm not sure how I'd use it, or even if I would...but I want to try one.
