So $1200 in 2024, is the equivalent of $395 in 1984.

I bought my first P226 in 1989 for $600.
Yeah, I think I paid $450 for mine LNIB in 1994. Still my favorite pistol.

I saw that yellow box at the last show, and my heart skipped a bit, LOL. Then, the dealer told me about this model...sigh.
