I’ve had Paul at Warbird make me a couple, one for a commander size 1911 and another for a Micro 9 that I use a lot, for my 360 I use a Winthrop and for Glocks, 365 I use Crossbreed Snap Slides

Really digging Tenicor lately.

Very good luck with Tier 1 Concealed, LAS Concealment, QVO Tactical, Long's Shadow, and Midwest Tactical Solutions. Have at least one from each company. Used to be big on G Code Incogs, but the bar has been raised.

For duty and range use it's Safariland ALS pretty much all the way.

And here I thought there'd be some nice holster photos when I opened this up.

Is there any benefit to a kydex over a nylon/leather?

Yes. Better retention and easier insertion of the firearm as Kydex keeps its shape.

TT Gunleather OWB Scabbards for most of my carry guns. It's to the point where I order the holster as soon as I know I'm purchasing a pistol.

Kirkpatrick Texas Strong Sides for the others.

Obviously I'm a fan of the Askins Avenger and have an original Bianchi iteration somewhere in the box.

You need more trial and error.

A gun in the hand is worth more than ten policemen on the phone.
The American Revolution was carried out by a group of gun toting religious zealots.

Crossbreed Mini-Tuck is what I've used for my last two concealed pistols. Both in horsehide.

Can you reholster the pistol with one hand? If the answer is no, pass on the holster. Some type of retention is needed as well.

I wear a ANR AIWB 12-14 hours per day. Every day.
