I have several classic Sigs that have been worked on by Robert Burke, a Cajunized Cz and a couple of Langdon Tactical Px Storms. If I had to pick a favorite it would be my P220 in 38 Super that the SigArmorer worked his magic on. I’m Very tempted by the Langdon LTT 92. What’s your favorite DA/SA and do you carry that type of pistol?

I own one, A Sig 229 in 40S&W and do not carry it. I like shooting it but I would probably never carry it as I have more handguns I would rather carry.

I've got two that I could never pick one over the other. Sig P220 in .45, and a S&W Model 19 w/4" barrel, Pachmayr grips and a bit of trigger work. I will pull the P220 out more often than not for carry.

Tough call...I have a TT 229/.40 that I’ve loved since the late ‘90’s, as well as my M11-A1, and my 239/9 and 220/.45. They’re all wonderful shooters. Now, I also have added two CZ-75s, an Omega Convertible and an SP-01 Tactical. They’re both excellent as well, but the Sigs all have slightly better triggers. So, I guess if I HAD to pick JUST ONE, I’d go with my M11-A1. Or the 229...Crap! I can’t pick just one...

I am with you cslinger, it’s the HK P2000. It’s in .40 but I successfully use it with a 9mm barrel. A close second is the USP comp 9mm. But I do need to mention 2 others both in 9mm; the Sig P239 and the CZ P07.

I don't have the spare money to get my guns customized and so I will have to say for shooting the best DA/SA gun I have (and I have a number of them but all factory) is my Basic Sig P226 with the E2 grips. (Oh, I did put the short trigger reset on it.)
