Used to find Federal XM193 all over the place. Now, not so much. Am I just having bad luck or is it more scarce as the military transitions away from it? Maybe there's a post out there that already discussed this? I didn't find it with "search." Thanks! This message has been edited. Last edited by: Johnny Rad,

I agree, in 55gr there seems to be more 223 than M193. Here's some, I'm sure there are other sources that are cheaper: https://www.ammunitiondepot.co...to-55-grain-fmj.html http://www.the-armory.com/shop...tml/product1575.html

Same ammo, but Bubbatime found some discounts that get a case down to $294 shipped. Now THAT'S a deal! https://sigforum.com/eve/forums...3106699/m/1090083024

I haven't bought any since about thanksgiving, but at that time, down here, Federal / Lake City XM193 was widely available in 500 round and 1,000 round loose cases as well as the 420 round ammo cans of stripper clipped.

Guess I looked on an off-day. Good to see Federal XM193 55gr options again. Thanks all!

You can't swing a dead cat without hitting M193. I don't know where you're shopping, but everyplace I look has Federal M193 out the ass, and it's damn cheap, too. The answer to your question is "absolutely not." _______________________________________________ “What sickens me about left-wing people, especially the intellectuals, is their utter ignorance of the way things actually happen.” ~ George Orwell "That's one thing about intellectuals.
