And this, dear friends, is why we use trusts and eFile Form 1s. ~7 months, vs < 1 month.

Here's hoping they are faster than they say, pwelch! They certainly did my last batch of F4s faster than they said they would...

I just got a form 1 back on an SBR. Trust/e-filed on 13 November and got the e-mail today 17 December. 4.5 weeks total. Much better than the 9 months it took to get my form 4 suppressor back last year.

8.5" 300 blackout. Pics to follow later when I get home.

As promised here is a quick and dirty cell phone pic. I am sick as a dog tonight so maybe a better pic later.

Hallelujah!!! As mentioned above, 3 form 1's sent April 3, 2014. The checks were cashed April 15. Finally got the approved forms in the mail Dec16. Hey, only 8 months. Already took them to the range, and the 10.5 and 11.5 ARs ran like a sewing machine with and without silencers. The SBS was also flawless. I have all three right here close.

Mailing in a Paper Form 4 today for a Specwar 762. NFAtracker shows about a 3-4 month wait time now.

I didn't want to wait for efiled form 4 to be restarted, because there is no certainty in their timeline for this, and if the May 2015 window passes, it's going to be a bigger hassle for me.

The best part of getting it from this dealer is that they will let me use it at their range while I wait for NFA branch. Cool

Second eFiled Form 1 approved today, filed 11/18/14!

Also got my 556 Patrol back from ADCO today - so I got 2 SBRs in my safe on the same day. If only the suppressors could get approved this quickly.

Just bought a .22 Silencerco Sparrow yesterday. Will update with pending when I know it. Form 4 trust. Dealer was getting paper form 4s on a trust back in around 4.5 months from mail in date.

I got to shoot it on my new 22/45 Lite and it was hearing safe indoors with CCI "choot em" brand .22.

Did my first Individual Form 4 for 2 cans on March 25th. Received approval on Dec 22. 9 months, but the FFL did make an error that had to be corrected.

Sent in my next 2 cans on a Trust Form 4. Went pending on Oct 31. FFL notified me today that he received the approved form back - 2 1/2 months. Not bad!

WOW! I have a Trust Form 4 that went pending 10/31 also. Figured I had a solid 2 months left to wait. That's really really fast. Congrats!

efiled a Form 1 on Dec 12, got it back approved today. Right at 30 days pretty much, not bad considering the holidays and probably vacation days that were burned up at the end of the year.

How do you know your application "went pending"? I submitted a form 4 with trust paperwork Oct 16, of '14. Haven't heard or seen any thing yet. According to earlier posts I should see something next month as NFA tracker shows about 90-120 days. What you think?

Call the NFA Branch at 1-304-616-4500. Give them the serial number and they'll tell you the status.

You're can probably expect about a mid-February approval date for your Trust form 4. My most recent was about a week ago and it was almost exactly 4 months from pending to approval.

eFiled a Form 1 on a Trust on 13 Dec. Came back today 17 Jan. DISAPPROVED.
Seems I screwed up on the model. The drop down menu had PA 15 Multi in it which matched my lower marking. I did not put multi in the caliber field. I filled it in with 5.56. My red letter note said, "multi" is not part of model designation.
I reapplied shortly after the disappointment subsided. So, just because it is in the drop down menu to use and matches your lower, it may not be correct. Confused Frown Mad
On the upside, I should get the new Form 1 back by mid February. Razz

Just an FYI MLK day is Monday, ATF is probably closed unless they are still working all that OT. Tuesday might be a better bet.

I also usually provide them the serial, and who is transferring it, and who it is being transferred to (shop name, trust name)

Emailed Silencershop and they told me my form 4 was submitted Jan 16, 2015.

ETA: ATFE cashed check on Jan 23, 2015.

ETA: Picked up my YHM ULT, and Sico Sparrow today!
