Good community spirit here. I appreciate your offer of assistance in locating another P229 once I get my act together, vthoky. On may way to the DMV to upgrade my driver's license to Real ID. I'll need one to continue flying & it's also what my FFL requested. Thanks for your time.

Member WARPIG602 has a Cali-compliant P229R listed.

I called my brother in Tennessee & told him of my woes. He found me a California Compliant P229 Enhanced Elite .40 including a .357 sig barrel plus a .22 slide & barrel with mags for all calibers. If I obtain a 9mm slide & barrel, I can shoot 4 calibers out of the same gun. He's going to hold it until I get my act together with a ship-to FFL. Thanks to everyone who took interest in my plight - much appreciated.
