Blade Magazine’s Overall Knife of the Year for 1991:
The Timberline Timberlite knife with the Neely lock.
Sharp as a razor, light as a feather and it was at a great price point.

Just picked up one of these.

Kershaw Launch 8.
Old-school stiletto look, US made, CPM154 steel, lightweight and opens with, shall we say, "authority".
I like it! Big Grin

^^^^ I only have a couple of autos, the Launch 8 and a custom. I really like the 8, well made and fast! Matt Diskin is a very good designer.

First time to try a Spyderco - just picked up a Para 3 S45VN. Very pleased with the ergonomics and believe I will now be on the hunt for a good deal on the Maxamet version.

Factory edge was stropped a few times after unboxing.

Nice looking knives Grumpy...

Man, I miss living in Columbus and traveling up to amish country for breakfast/dinner.

I used to pick up some great hand made knives at the gun shows that were held around the central part of the state.

One great knife maker passed away a few years ago. I spent many a pay check on his knives.

At work my manager knew I collected knives. He once asked me- "How many knives do you have".

I responded- "On me"?

He didn't pursue the conversation.
